Although Bek-fix pads are engineered with number plates at mind, we can't guarantee 100% success in holding number plates onto cars.

That's why we suggest buying more than one pack for the additonal peace of mind, and getting your plates professionally fitted. You can even look at number plate holders as an alternative.

If your are fitting them yourself, please ensure you thouroughly clean and dry the application area beforehand to make sure that there are no traces of dust, grease or dirt that might prevent the adhesive from forming a strong bond.

We do not recommend drilling holes through our plates to secure them on with screws as this can damage the letters.

We are not liable for the loss or damage of plates due to unsecure fitting onto vehicles.

Incorrect, Missing or Damaged Orders:

We try our best to provide you with the best service, and so we individually check every order thouroughly before dispatch.

In the rare event that your order arrives with incorrect or damaged items, please contact us immediately. We will investigate and kindly request you to send us evidence so we can arrange a quick refund or replacement.

In these instances, we will arrange return postage.

You must contact us within 30 days of your order date.

Unwanted Products:

If you have changed your mind and no longer want to go ahead with your order, there is a £10 cancellation fee for personalised products. All other products can be cancelled at no extra charge.

This is because we begin processing your order immediately after you place it, and due to the personalised nature of our products, we cannot just re-use the same items for another order. We will have to remove the personalisation and discard of the item.

If the order has been shipped already, you will also be required to cover the cost of return postage.

Items must be returned unused and undamaged, in the condition that it was sent out.

This must be within 14 days of your order date.

There may be other options available so please do contact us on the first instance so we can explore these. We always put you first and want to solve any issues as soon as we can :)
